Some accounts may have message limits enabled. When the message limit is reached, only messages to less than 1,000 recipients can be sent until the limit resets.
Why did I reach my limit?
When you send messages to over 1,000 recipients, the number of messages sent will count towards your message limit. Messages to less than 1,000 recipients, direct messages, tapbacks, and replies of any size (including cluster replies) do not count towards the limit and are always allowed.
Once you reach your limit, you can still:
- Send messages to up to 1,000 members
- Respond to direct messages
- Respond to clusters of any size

What happens if the limit is changed mid-month?
You can send messages up to the new limit. Any messages that were already sent will still count towards the new limit.
Do scheduled messages count towards my monthly limit?
Yes, scheduled messages count towards the monthly limit for the month in which the message is scheduled to be sent in. For example, if today is January 1st and you scheduled a message to be sent in February, it would count towards February's monthly message limit.
Which messages count against the limit?
Only messages to more than 1,000 recipients will count against the limit. Messages to less than 1,000 recipients, direct messages, tapbacks, and replies of any size (including cluster replies) do not count towards the limit and are always allowed. These messages do not count against the limit either.
