Unfortunately, to comply with TCPA guidelines, the legal language cannot be altered or removed from the Accept marketing checkbox label field.
As the very function of the integration is collecting phone numbers at checkout, we recommend setting the Shipping address phone number field to Required. This setting ensures that your customers will provide a phone number. We cannot message customers that don't provide a phone number, so at a minimum, this field should be set to Optional.
