After you've created your Signup Unit and completed the installation instructions, visitors to your website will be presented with your new popup letting them seamlessly signup with your Community.
Below you'll see how the signup experience differs for web visitors on desktop or mobile.
Desktop
- Members enter their phone numbers and click “Send Text”
- Members are prompted to check their texts.
- Members recieve an automated “Signup” link and customizable automated “Welcome Message”
- After clicking the “Signup” link Members fill out the web based “Member Registration Form.”
- After completing the 'Member Registration Form,' new Members will automatically receive a customizable “Confirmation” message with TCPA language (help and stop to cancel) as well as your contact card.
- You can also create an additional message that will be sent out after the Member joins. In this example the additional message contains a 10% off promo code but is fully customizable, get creative.
Mobile
- Members tap “Send Text”
- Members native sms app opens with a pre populated message.
- After sending the prepopulated message they will recieve an automated “Signup” link” and customizable automated “Welcome Message”
- After clicking the “Signup” link Members fill out the web based “Member Registration Form.”
- After completing the 'Member Registration Form,' new Members will automatically receive a customizable “Confirmation” message with TCPA language (help and stop to cancel) as well as your contact card.
