What is the “Recipients by Action” Modal?
This new modal lives on your Campaign Detail page and shows you exactly how individual members engaged with a campaign:

Who didn’t respond
-
Who clicked a link
-
Who didn’t click a link

Or just view all recipients
You can quickly take action from this view—like messaging a group, adding members to a Community, or jumping straight into a 1:1 conversation.
Why It's Useful
Knowing how your members interact with your messages helps you build better relationships—at scale. This feature gives you a clear picture of:

Engaged members you can thank or reward

Unresponsive members you can follow up with or remove from future sends

How to Use It
1. Open the Modal
You can access the “Recipients by Action” modal in three places:

From the Follow-up actions section on a Campaign (web)

From the Campaign detail sidebar (web)

From the mobile app (Campaign details screen)
2. Filter by Action
In the modal, use the filters to view:

All Recipients
-
Responded
-
Didn’t Respond
-
Clicked a Link
-
Didn’t Click a Link
This helps you quickly segment your audience based on engagement.
3. Take Action
Once you’ve filtered your recipients, you can:

💬 Message the group – Opens the campaign composer with your selected audience pre-filled

👥 Add to a Community – Adds selected members to an existing group

📱 View Conversation – Jumps into a 1:1 conversation with an individual member
