When a campaign is sent, we initiate a 6-hour window during which all inbound messages are associated with that specific campaign. This ensures that the responses received within this timeframe are linked to the corresponding campaign.
Notes:
- If you send more than one campaign within the 6-hour window, all inbound messages will be exclusively associated with the last campaign you sent during that period.
- In case a Member sends multiple inbound messages within the window, only the first message from the Member will be associated with the campaign.
- Transactional messages, including onboarding, STOP, START, HELP, etc., are exceptions and are never associated with a specific campaign.
