- Flows: Create personalized experiences with welcome series, keyword triggers, and more
Supported File Types (Max 600 kB):
- Images: JPEG, PNG, GIF
- Audio Recordings: MP3
- GIFs: Uploaded directly (not from GIF picker)
Name Audio Files in Campaigns

Customize the file name of audio attachments sent in MMS campaigns. Instead of sending a system-generated file name, add a clear file name that helps members recognize what they received.
