Marking Messages as Unread on the Web Dashboard
- Navigate to the Messages section of your Web Dashboard.
- Locate the message you want to mark as unread.
- Click the small circle next to the specific message:
- If the circle is clear, the message is marked as "Read."
- If the circle is filled with blue, the message is marked as "Unread."
Marking Messages as Unread on the iOS App
- Open the iOS app and go to the Messages section.
- Find the conversation you want to mark as unread.
- Swipe right on the conversation to mark it as "Unread."
