How the Opt-In Process Works

Welcome Message
- When a Member (fan, customer, subscriber, etc.) sends you a message, they will automatically receive the Welcome Message you’ve set up in your Community dashboard.
- This initial message ensures Members understand they’re joining your Community.

Signup Link
- Along with the Welcome Message, Members will receive a signup link prompting them to complete their opt-in process.
- This step ensures their consent to receive SMS messages from you.

Confirmation Message and Contact Card
- After completing the signup link, Members will receive your Confirmation Message.
- They will also receive your contact card, which they can save to their phone for easy access to your messages.
