By default, Members can call your number and hear your voicemail greeting.
We pre-populate a standard greeting informing callers that they can text your number, and giving them the option to press any key to be texted first--which will kick off your sign-up series with them via text.
You can also choose to upload a custom voice greeting (up to 45 seconds in length, .mp3 format) via Settings > Customize in your Community Dashboard .
By default, callers are are unable to leave you voicemail messages. Additionally, no voice calls will come through directly to your phone or app.
Community can also create a custom voice experience for callers to your number via a paid services engagement. Please speak to your Client Solutions Manager or email yourfriends@community.com for more information.
