You can update your billing info by logging into the Community Dashboard from the web you can update the card on file for payment. (Billing info cannot be updated in the App)
- Click Settings on the right navigation pane.
- Click the Billing Tab located at the top of your screen
If your card info is not visible in this section, then you may not be on a standard plan. To update the card on file, or turn on automatic billing, use the link at the bottom of your most recent invoice. Each invoice has a link to pay at the bottom. You will be able to update your card info using that link.
