You can easily schedule texts from the Web Dashboard or our Mobile App. Texts can be scheduled to everyone in your Community or to a specific recipient segment. The instant the text is scheduled to be sent, any filters in place will re-run to include any new members who joined since the message was scheduled, or exclude any who may have opted out.
Web Experience

On the Web Dashboard, compose your message, click the Schedule button, and select a date and time in the future for the message to be sent out.
- You can view your pending messages in the Scheduled section.
Mobile Experience
- On the Mobile App, compose your message and tap the calendar icon to select a date and time in the future for the message to be sent out.

To view your scheduled messages, go to Campaigns and tap on Scheduled Campaigns.
NOTE: Your scheduled text will be saved and sent according to the local time zone you are in. We currently do not support recurring scheduled messages besides recurring birthday messages.
Message Scheduling is available subject to plan availability. Feature availability and functionality may vary by service plan.
