What Are Members?
Members are the people who have joined your community—your most engaged fans and brand advocates—who can receive messages from you across channels like SMS, WhatsApp, and Apple Messages. This is your audience: the people who opted in, care about what you share, and are most likely to engage, convert, and spread the word.
