What Are Members?
Members are the people who have opted in to your Community. They can receive messages from you and reply on the channels you use, such as SMS, WhatsApp and Apple Messages for Business.
Because Members chose to hear from you, they're the part of your audience most likely to read, reply and act on what you send.
To join, a person texts your Community number and completes the opt-in form. Members must be 13 or older, and 18 or older or 21 or older in some cases.
