Our Campaign Review & Approval feature will allow you to boost your team's efficiency and streamline your content creation process - saving you time and ensuring brand voice consistency!
- Review before sending: Team Members with Viewer permissions can schedule campaigns and await mandatory approval, ensuring message clarity and alignment with team goals.
- Streamlined approval process: Designated Team Members (Owners, Admins, View & Send Messages) can quickly approve campaigns on the Scheduled tab of the Web Dashboard.
- Automated safety net: Messages awaiting approval will not be sent automatically, preventing accidental mishaps.
How it works
- Under Settings > Team, assign Viewer permissions to anyone whose messages require additional review and approval. Any permission level higher (Owners, Admins, View & Send Messages) will have the ability to approve those messages. When a Viewer next attempts to send a message, they will be able to compose a campaign, select a future date and time, and submit the campaign for approval.
- Any messages pending review will appear in the Scheduled section of the Web Dashboard.
- For those with View & Send Messages permissions or higher, the ability to ✓Approve campaign will be visible. The campaign can also be cancelled at any time.
- Once the campaign is approved, it will appear like any other scheduled messages within the queue until it is sent. If the campaign is not approved prior to its scheduled delivery time, it will be cancelled automatically.
Things to Note
- For now, Campaign Review & Approval is only available on the Web Dashboard.
- If a recurring message is submitted for approval, it only needs to be approved once.
