If you see a warning message like, "You are not allowed to perform this request. Contact support," and cannot access the billing page or other account features, this is likely due to permissions associated with your account.
Common Cause
The issue occurs when you are logged in with an email that does not have sufficient permissions. Seats assigned with "View & Send Messages" permissions cannot access the billing page. Only seats with "Owner" or "Admin" permissions have access to billing and other account management features.
