Apologies you’re not receiving texts. First, let’s make sure you’re added to that Community. Try texting HELP and tap manage preferences and you should be able to complete the opt-in form or reset the flow. Also for reference, you must be over the age of 13 and be a resident of the US or Canada with a phone carrier in either country in order to text Community numbers.
If that doesn’t work, it could be that your cell carrier is filtering the message. The deliverability of text messages can be impacted by a number of things that are completely out of your control.
The best next step would be for you to contact your cell phone carrier directly. We often find that these issues were caused by a filtering setting that they can remove on their end or a temporary technical outage that they had.
